The ELITEFIELD two door folding dog crate is made of 3, 4, 6 and 8 gauge wires that are stronger than those used in most other brand crates. Was looking for second crate and saw this crate. The low price made me a little nervous but when I received it and set it up I was very pleased. The quality was very good and there was no shipping damage. After a month now I am really pleased. First the floor pan stays in place and the crate has held up very well. The door latches work well and there is no flexing of the crate when my wild one gets excited. My other crate is the mid west pro series that we can't keep the pan from sliding out when the dog moves around. Also the latches are a pain. If I was going to get another I would get the EliteField .

We bought this crate because it will fit into the back of my 2010 Subaru Forester without having to have the back seats folded down. Most of the other 36"x24" crates are 27" high which is just that little bit too tall. It seems fairly sturdy, but our dogs are not wild or destructive when they are inside. It was a much better price and of a much better quality than any we found in the local pet stores.
