Customer Reviews

Made of solid recycled composite, not flaky fiberboard. You could do all but stand on it without breakage. Simplest assembly ever- a no brainer with studs and keyholes interlocking. No tools necessary, 3 minutes! While not fine wooden furniture at 3 times the price, it's "invisible" as an end table once dressed up with a lamp, plant, and phone on top. It looks like good furniture from a distance- the dark finish is fine next to my brown leather couch. I waxed the top a bit. It's solid enough to prevent my 50 pound dog from breaking out (although as a puppy pitbull "chainsaw", she could have gnawed her way out of anything!). The hardware is adequate and all looks fine with door open as well. Its a few inches taller than the couch arm but is still ok. Only drawback I can think of is that the inner dimensions are a bit smaller than the outer, which I expected, but needed to trim down our foam dogbed itself (which was easy since in zippered cover). All in all, this is a winner. Only time will tell how it'll hold up but I'm optimistic.

My pooch loves it and it blends in with our decor-what a bonus...it beats the ugly metal one we used prior
